GrandStay Hotel & Suites La Crosse

Great location along the river, very easy to walk to conference center and downtown restaurants and bars. I love the mini-kitchen that allows us to bring home our restaurant leftovers and the plates and silverware to eat off of the next day. Good coffee the next morning too.

Not enough superlatives available to describe our stay. In town for our daughter's wedding, staff were able to accommodate our request for two nearby rooms and an early check-in on a sold out day Rooms are outstanding, roomy, separate bedroom and living room, all spotless and well furnished with a great kitchen and work space. Plenty of room for a bride and her friends to prepare prior to an outdoor wedding in the nearby park. Hotel is within easy walking distance of all downtown had to offer while being situated in a quiet park-like setting with plenty of parking. Our new go-to for downtown LaCrosse, with many thanks.

Front desk staff were courteous, professional, and helpful! Hotel was overall very well maintained, rooms as well. Really great bang for your buck with getting a whole suite for the rate I paid. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in La Crosse. Also has the classic complementary breakfast that so many other hotels are getting rid of unfortunately. Five stars for that alone tbh.

I had a wonderful stay at GrandStay in La Crosse! I drove down from MN for a 2-Day concert (Riverfront Revolt). It's a great location downtown. I plan to come back when it's warmer so I can roam around. Love that it's near the water. The room was very clean and spacious. I had a suite and loved that the bedroom is separate. There was a fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Great little room for getting away on the weekend. Also every interaction with staff from the front desk to maintenance to cleaning crew was so upbeat and positive. As an avid single traveler I was extremely impressed. I'll book with them again for my next roadtrip to explore La Crosse!

We really had a great stay at this location. We were in town working an the staff made sure we were well taken care of. They were all kind and very helpful. Thx Kyle and Traci. The staff made sure our rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Its was neat and clean when we arrived. Everything in the room worked nicely, we liked the kitchenette in our rooms we didnt cook much but the full-size fridge and extra sink was nice. Rooms have dishes included and a dishwasher. Our beds were very comfortable, the showers were clean and hot. The air in our rooms worked great even though it was -25 outside several times during the stay so it was comfortable to sleep. They put out breakfast everyday at 6. Some decent selections each day. A clean pool and hot tub was also available during our stay. They also just got new Locks in the Hotel. Its location is quite close to the river and downtown. There are several eaterys with in walking distance. Over all a great location and a nice hotel with awsome staff. Id definitely stay here again.

I had a pretty good stay here. I walked into the hotel feeling like I'm in a Christmas Movie with all the Christmas decorations up even though Christmas already pass. The food was pretty good and the suites was awesome. My only complaint is that there were some stains and some crumb under the couch. Depending on the room your in unfortunately for me I didn't get the river view but at least I'm walking distance from the river so I can't complain too much especially for a reasonable price for a suite.

We stay several times a year. While the staff, breakfast, and other amenities are great, and the rooms are more than adequate; we have noticed some need for deep cleaning (floor grout and carpet/edges), along with sheets and pillow cases not completely clean. There are collections of dust under the counters as well. We will continue to stay because we know these matters will get attention.

Our family had a wonderful stay over the recent holidays and we will definitely be back again. Our kids and grandchild had so much fun in the pool and being so close to Rotary Lights was an absolute favorite! No long waits or parking. We also all noticed how friendly and helpful all the staff was during our weekend visit. From the front desk, the breakfast staff to the housekeeping staff - all so friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to greet and offer help and/or assistance. The holiday decor and fireplace were so welcoming!
